At the beginning of the summer, I created a list of reading prompts that I hoped to cross off over the summer months. And with autumn here, I thought it would be fun to share some ideas for some autumnal reading prompts. I find these sorts of things fun to try and see what books I can find on my shelf (without having to buy a book!) to fit the prompts.
These are simply meant to inspire you...and to perhaps encourage a bit of cozy, fun autumnal reading.
Autumnal Reading Prompt Ideas:
~ a book with the month name in its title (September, October, November)
~ a book with a witch as the main character
~ a book with magical elements
~ a book set in a fantastical world
~ a book with an autumnal animal on the cover (squirrel, owl, fox, etc.)
~ a cozy mystery (bonus if it is set in the autumn time)
~ a book set at Halloween
~ a book set at Thanksgiving
~ a book with an autumnal cover
~ a cozy, feel-good book with autumn vibes
~ a book set in the autumn
~ a book set in a small town or village
~ a book that features delicious food descriptions
~ a book where the main character is a baker
