just some healing words ♥


Heal your heart.
Remove chronic stressors. What you can't remove, find a new way of relating to. Change your perspective.
Give up mental stories that keep you small, sick, broken, or weak. Consider your resources instead- both inner and outer.
Make gratitude a fundamental habit.
Stop doing things that make you feel dead inside.
Take deep breaths, often.
Get in the sun as much as possible.
Drink lots of water.
Eat nourishing food that comes from the earth or is made by loving hands.
Find what brings you alive and do that.
Rest. Rest. Rest.
Dance.
Listen to your heart and follow it wildly.
Tend to the parts of yourself you have been avoiding.
Be kind to yourself.
Be kind to others.
Meditate.
Spend lots of time in nature.
